How to Send Artwork

Submitting Digital Files

Once you have placed your order, you will be provided with an option to upload your art files. If you don’t have your art files at that time, you can send your files to orders@showcasetrophy.com. You can also submit your artwork via our website by clicking HERE.

After submitting your order and artwork you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.  If you submit an order without sending artwork, one of our friendly Showcase Team Members will contact you regarding any additional required information.

Text Files

If an order only contains text, please send the content typed on a PDF document OR include content in the body of the email.  If you are submitting a list of names and/or titles please submit on an excel document or in the body of an email.  Please note that font size will be determined based on the order and on what the text will be applied.

Fonts – We recommend not using fonts that are broken or faded, have thin lines or that have sections that are close in proximity and will compromise the integrity of the engraving.  Please feel free to contact our Showcase team with any questions regarding text and fonts.

Hard Copies

If you only have a hard copy of your artwork we can provide graphic design services to recreate your artwork into a digital file.  For additional details and pricing on this service please email us at orders@showcasetrophy.com.  If you would prefer to send a hard copy you can submit your work the following ways:

  • Submit via mail by mailing to Showcase Trophy and Awards, 112 W. Walnut, Rogers, AR 72756
  • Scan and send the file to orders@showcasetrophy.com (note file types below)
  • Drop off at our shop!
