WHEN WILL I SEE A PROOF?
This depends on the order and the type of artwork provided. If the order is a rush order then the proof will be sent to you within 48 hours for approval. For standard hours please allow 3-5 business days for your proof to be sent to you.
To ensure customer satisfaction, Showcase requires customer approval on proofs on all personalization and engraving. We request that the customer review and approve the proof within 1 day or 24 hours to prevent any delays. Once the proof is approved, the responsibility for any mistakes shift to the customer.

WHAT IS VECTOR ARTWORK?
Vector line art allows us to work efficiently with your logo to achieve the best possible etch on your awards. We will also accept PNG files. For more information please visit our Artwork Info page.
HOW MUCH IS ENGRAVING?
If your item is purchased from Showcase, engraving is FREE! If you have a personal item that you want engraved, please contact us at 479-636-5793 or firstname.lastname@example.org for details and pricing.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
Please allow 5-7 business days from proof approval for completion. Additional days will be added if shipping is required.
DO YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?
Yes, at Showcase we are known for our quick turnaround on orders. If you have a rush order please contact us and we will do everything we can do to accommodate your order. Depending on the order an additional rush charge may be charged. Rush orders may be limited by inventory and/or requirements of the order.
WHAT IS A SETUP CHARGE?
There are not many things in this world that are FREE but our setup charge is one of those things. The only requirement is that you send a usable file and/or artwork in a form on our artwork info page. (hyperlink “artwork info” to page)
CAN I GET A SAMPLE FIRST?
Showcase has a variety of samples at our retail location located at 420 W. Walnut, Rogers, AR 72756. For any additional information on receiving a sample please give us a call at 479-636-5793.
CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM AWARD FOR ME?
At Showcase we pride ourselves on using our creativity and knowledge about our business to work with our customers and create custom awards and personalized items for YOU! DO YOU PERSONALIZE ITEMS?
Yes! We can personalize MOST items. If you have a question about a specific item please send us an email at email@example.com and include a picture of the item you are interested in personalizing.
DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM ORDERS?
No. You can buy ONE or buy ALL (we would prefer the all)!
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Credit Card Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
When providing credit card information please include: order number, type of card, card number, security code, expiration date, full name and billing address as it appears on the card. All Information regarding your account will be held entirely confidential.
Online Payments: PayPal accounts are accepted for secure and easy online payment for online checkout.
Check Payments: Checks may be accepted from companies with approved credit. A returned check fee of $25.00 will be assessed in the event a check is returned for insufficient funds.
Additional Payment Options: For additional payment options including Direct Bank Payments and Purchase orders please contact us to determine whether or not your account qualifies for these options.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
You have until the end of the business day on the day your order is placed (5:00 pm EST) to cancel your order for a full refund. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate cancellations for rush order.
WHAT IF MY AWARDS ARRIVES BROKEN?
If your award is shipped and arrives broken, please inform us immediately! Showcase will work with the carrier to resolve this issue and will cover the cost of a new award and shipping.
WHAT IF MY AWARD ARRIVES ETCHED INCORRECTLY?
We take great care to make sure that you are getting exactly what you ordered, however accidents happen. If the award you ordered is etched incorrectly and does not match the proof that you approved, Showcase will replace the award free of charge. If the specific award is not available due to time constraints we will upgrade your award for FREE. If the award is incorrect due to a customer error (including something missed on a proof), we offer a 20% courtesy discount to remake your awards. Any expedited shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I ORDER BULK TO USE AT A LATER DATE?
Yes! This is a great way for you to get a quantity discount and have the awards accessible for a quick turnaround (Please allow at least 24 business hours). Payment on the total quantity is due when order is placed.
DO ALL AWARDS COME IN A PRESENTATION BOX?
